Friday Night Bouldering at Half Acre

6 to 9 p.m. @ Half Acre Gym

FNB is a competition series open to the community that offers routes for all skill sets. Prizes are awarded to top females and males in beginner, intermediate, advanced and marathon categories and all participants are entered into a general raffle.

Sacred Music Sacred Dance for World Healing

9 to 11 p.m. Friday @ the Arts and Sciences Auditorium

Tibetan Monks from the Drepung Loseling Monastery have been guests at UW during the Days of Dialogue. The performance showcases what temple culture is like.

Heavy Metal at the Atlas

7 p.m. Sunday @ the Atlas Theater in Cheyenne

Nonpoint, Candlelight Red and Digital Summer are making a stop in Cheyenne as part of their winter 2013 tour. They will be belting out hard rocking tunes sure to make heads bang and hair fly.

Great Colorado Pie Fight in Fort Collins

12 to 5 p.m. @ Northside Aztlan Community Center, Fort Collins

Buy a ticket, cast a ballot and taste the finest pizza in Northern Colorado. The event will also have activities for the kids and the DJs from K99 radio will be spinning the finest country tunes.

International Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race in Jackson

Jan. 25 to Feb. 2 at the Jackson Town Square

The race kicks off on Friday and the opening party includes a pig roast, parade and fireworks. Mushers and their dogs then spend eight days sledding through towns across Wyoming. Host towns also offer special activities and give the public a chance to meet the teams.
