The Wyoming Cowboys football team has unveiled its schedule for the upcoming 2022 season.
The season features six home games and eight away games, not including the Mountain West championship game, all of which will be televised.
The schedule is also made up of both conference and non-conference games.

In addition, the Cowboys have two bye weeks scheduled in order to prepare for games against Utah State and rival Colorado State.
The Cowboys will kick off the 2022 season on the road against Illinois on Saturday, Aug. 27, at 2 pm.
The Cowboys are coming off of a 2021 season that saw them go 6-6 in overall play and 2-6 in Mountain West conference play. Their season wrapped up with a win in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl, in which Wyoming defeated Kent State, 52-38.
