On Thursday, September 15, the University of Wyoming Board of Trustees will meet at the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center to conduct their regular monthly meeting. It will be the first meeting since the start of the new semester.
According to the Board’s official agenda, the meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. with the pledge of allegiance and will hear from President Seidel and Provost Carman about Saddle Up “debrief and analysis” at 10:30 a.m.
This debrief includes positive and negative feedback of the program from polling among the Saddle Up participants.

“Only about 15 of the respondents with a negative reaction to this question elaborated,” the supplemental report said, out of the 879 responses to the post-Saddle Up poll.
“Several also commented on the schedule not allowing the freedom to explore or meet those outside their assigned groups, or connect with others they already knew.” the report stated.
At 11:00 a.m., the Board will hear from public testimony, in which any member of the public, student or otherwise, can speak their thoughts to the trustees. The public comment will end at 11:30 a.m.
