Sabrina Geller was found dead on Feb. 13, 2024.
At the Associated Students of the University of Wyoming (ASUW) Student Government weekly meeting, at approximately 10:12 p.m., a student announced that Sabrina Geller had been found on the morning of Feb. 13, 2024, and announced her as deceased.
“I’m here to actually tell y’all something that’s not so funny. I don’t know if any of y’all heard but uh, Sabrina Geller, she’s been missing since Friday, she unfortunately was found dead earlier today, in Vedauwoo. She’s a cadet with me, and I’ve known her for a couple years now, I just wanted to bring it up cause I didn’t know how many of you knew her, knew of her existence but both Cord [Anderson] and I knew her personally,” said Senator Luke Hulen.
This came just a few hours after a press release from the Albany County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page confirming her status and location, with the manner of death unknown. As of now, Sabrina Geller’s case is still under investigation.
Sabrina Geller, a UW student and active member of the ROTC, was originally reported missing on Sunday, Feb. 11, 2024.
Her last known whereabouts were at the Ranger Bar & Liquor Store, on Feb. 9, 2024, before her vehicle was found in Vedauwoo.
The Branding Iron will continue to update this story as the investigation moves forward.
